Methodology
We aggregate verified salary bands from Cambridge job adverts on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Personio, Pinpoint, Teamtailor, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Reed, and Adzuna. Predicted salaries (Adzuna's ML estimates) are excluded. We only publish a role/seniority combination once we have at least 3 data points.
What this is NOT: the salary you'll get when you negotiate. Advertised ranges are typically conservative; the actual offer depends on your level, leverage, and what the role's been signed off at. Use these as a floor for "is the conversation worth having?".
