We don't use tracking cookies. That's the whole policy. The longer version:

What we use instead

A single value in your browser's localStorage called innovare_cam_sid — a random UUID we generate the first time you visit. It lets us count how many candidates view each company / stack / industry without tying any of those views to your identity unless you later submit a form with your email.

localStorage is not a cookie. It doesn't follow you across sites, isn't sent with HTTP requests, and clearing your browser data wipes it.

Third-party scripts that might set cookies

• Cloudflare Turnstile — only loads on the register-interest page (if enabled). Turnstile sets a short-lived cookie to remember it already challenged you on this page. Per Cloudflare's documentation, this is for bot-detection only and not used for tracking.
• Vercel Web Analytics — page-view counts at the hosting layer. Cookieless by Vercel's default configuration.

How to clear what we've stored

Browser → Developer tools → Application → Local storage → https://cambridge.innovarerecruitment.com → delete innovare_cam_sid. Or just clear your browser data for this site. Next visit you'll get a fresh anonymous session id.
