For the Plextek team, here is our thinking, stated plainly. A recruitment agency only ever earns its place in one of three ways. It sends the right candidate at the right moment. It gets referred in by someone it has placed before, who now works with you. Or it shows value your internal team cannot easily get elsewhere: deeper market knowledge, faster shortlists, a clearer read on who is genuinely available. This map is our working proof of that third door. We track every tech employer in Cambridge, every live role, and the shape of the market around them, and we would rather show that work in public than claim it in a cold call.
